The partner will then return the ball to the first player, and this pattern continues until all four squares have been completed.
6- The Figure Eight Drill
This drill requires two cones or other markers placed about five yards apart. Start with the ball at your feet and dribble around one cone, then pass the ball through the legs of the second cone and continue dribbling around it. Repeat this pattern until you reach the end of figure eight.
7- The Shuttle Run Drill
